About

The Anchor Retreat is a 4 day gathering designed to connect and equip a growing alliance of believers in MBA programs across the nation in partnership with InterVarsity MBA Ministry. We exist to positively impact the world for the Kingdom of God by serving the next generation of marketplace leaders. We invite influential and seasoned leaders to share wisdom on what it means to live for the glory of God and the good of the world. Most of all, we create space to anchor our souls and worship together in God’s creation.

Retreat Goals

1. Integration: Further the integration of faith and work among MBA students as a part of whole-life integration.

2. Community and Spiritual Formation: Foster intimate relationships with fellow believers across MBA programs. This cross-pollination serves as a source of encouragement for advancing the Gospel on campus  as well as prepare for the spiritual challenges of MBA programs.

3. Outreach and Impact: Equip MBA students to share Christ’s love in the uniquely secular cultures on campus and in the workplace.
